This is for an intense, systems-minded operator — an execution-heavy backbone builder who enjoys pushing people to perform and holding them strictly accountable. Not a corporate manager, advisor, meeting coordinator, or senior EA looking to "level up." If you're conflict-averse or care more about titles and perks than raw performance, this isn't it.
Team accountability cadences, project timelines and delivery, SOP authorship (starting with ad operations and UGC content systems), throughput audits, and vendor/tooling research. You will not own top-level growth strategy, brand direction, revenue/ROAS, data infrastructure, or founder calendar/admin.
No traditional take-home task for this role. Finalists do a live scenario Q&A and an operational thinking test using real bottlenecks from our business.

We don't use traditional lifestyle footage — we turn raw scripts into aggressive, high-converting Meta ad assets using generative AI, motion graphics, and synthetic talking-head/cartoon scenes. We need a highly technical, execution-focused AI Video Editor with sharp Direct Response instincts. Elite workflow in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro; high technical agility with new AI tools. Your portfolio must show crisp motion graphics, AI animations, or cartoon formatting cleanly synced to voiceover. Respond within 12 hours with some same-day overlap. DR e-commerce experience (health/supplements/wellness) is a big bonus.
